What makes us Different from other Rescues
WBCR routinely takes on special cases such as dogs with severe medical and provides them with the medical care, training and rehabilitation they need.
Developing partnerships with the community and programs such as annual pet vaccination clinic serving low income residents and providing food and supplies to those in need, thus keeping pets out of shelters and safely in their homes.
A mission of advocating for a No Kill McLean County.
Leadership by a board of directors implementing the no kill philosophy, mission and vision to better Bloomington/Normal's pets, shelters and community.
Since 2010, WBCR has been a 501(c)(3) non profit.
